Yesterday while I sharing my article, it took me while on certain online community, because there is these 2 respected leaders in the online marketing industry exchanging ideas, it all started from an article posted by the other one.
I find it really interesting because the thread is really that long, and there's only two of them conversing.
You can really feel this kind of reverence while they were exchanging ideas.
If you can remember the tradition way back then that if the elders are talking the young ones should listen, that is the kind of ambiance on that thread, it's like the whole world stopped spinning just to listen intently and waiting what is the divine opinion of the other one.
If Neale Donald Walsch has a book entitled Conversations With God, you may label the thread as
"Conversation of the Gods."
What they were talking about is the significance of having Multiple Streams of Income if you are in the MLM industry, because relying on MLM alone will make your career fall in the gutter.
Because since it is a business, you must have fund, I remember their sharing that there are some pretentious networkers sharing that their life is thriving but the truth is it's the opposite, they have to put this mask and just like actors when the director said, lights camera action, they do they part.
Some flashes a lot of incentives but it's all fraud, just for the sake of persuading prospects to join them, that if they will be part of their company, same thing will happen to them, a fraud :-)
What I really like the most is when they ended the conversation that you must really investigate first the networker before joining them.

Yes, you heard that right :-) A feeling of relief, a sensation of delightness, a sense of fulfillment, I could go on describing this feeling :-)
The other day, while I was reading a thread about success, a compassionate colleague shared a Chinkee Tan Video, I've only known Chinkee by his books, and now, how fortunate I am for finally seeing a Video of him gathering a seminar.
Chinkee simplified the process of achieving Success in 3 simple steps :
1. Know your Purpose
2. Maximize your Purpose
3. Share your Purpose
*Know your Purpose
For me knowing your purpose is really the first step, it is here where you already decided to take off on whatever endevour that you are up to, a sense of awareness of the path that you are going to undertake.
I remember in Jack Canfield's book "Success Principle", that the most important thing to do is to make a DECISION.
By making a decision, you are already setting up your focal point, on a vibratory level, you are already emitting energy of Success.
And by the undefiable Laws of the Nature, life itself will unfold to you, it will now give clues how you are going to achieve it, so always be ready.. sense of acuity? gear that up baby! :-)
Now let's go on the next one...
*Maximize your Purpose
Now I would borrow words from Joe Vitale, "when the intuitive nudge is there, ACT." Really do appreciate it when he said "fire, fire, fire, then aim, then fire, fire, fire!"
Don't wait for the right time if you are ready, jump in, take massive action. And along the way just steer your wheel to the right direction. Of all the signs that life provided you, acknowledge it by taking action.
The whole world perceive Michael Jordan as the Best basketball player there is, he reached that peak by offering hundreds of hours of training, he is well known for this....
- He's always the first one arriving in the gym and he's always the last one leaving the gym. Because that time he's working as a maintenance :-)
His passion for training is uncomparable.
Michael didn't become like that because of his God given talent, he cooperated with it, by offering action.
I remember in the film Spider Man, when the Professor said to Peter Parker that he's intelligent but lazy. In the world of athletes, there is a cliche that hardwork/hard training beats talent.
But if you want to really maximize it, cooperate with life, if it's already providing clues, ACT!
Now the last one...
*Share your Purpose
Chinkee Tan's example for this is all the triumphs of Manny Pacquiao, He always dedicate his valor to us. Giving us Filipinos, HONOR, and what a great contribution that is.
These are the 3 simple steps that Chinkee shared on how to achieve success,
1. Know your Purpose

3. Share your Purpose
Now let me share you mine, for me success is happiness, as long as you are happy on whatever you are doing, you are on the right path, life will guide you, it will unfold it self to you, gathering all the favorable events and experiences towards your goal.
You don't need to see the whole thing, just take action, life leaves clues, take action, then another sign, then take action again... until one day you wouldn't even realize, that you are already living what ever it is you're dreaming of :-)
And the way we can measure man's success is, the amount of Joy he is having in his life :-)
As the saying goes, "Journey is much more important than the destination."

Way back then I received a sales letter from Coach Smurkydad, marketing their Coaching program, he emphasized the significance of having a competent team, he had given an example of the success of Michael Schumacker, indicating that he may not achieve the peak of his career with out having his F1 formula team.
It's not just a team, but a powerful team.
It's also the same thing in our MLM industry.
Having a good team can see the quality of your performance, they can see you strength and weaknesses.
However it's much advisable to focus more on your strength, because there's no vibrational resistance within you, that's why are performing well on that aspect.
And by focusing more on your strength, you are saving time, because you generate immediate result.
Let's take an example on our people's champ, Manny Pacquiao, even though that he is already that fast, every fight that he is going to have, his team always add more training to improve his speed.
And as we all know every fighter that fought Manny, always say the same thing, they didn't know where the punches are coming from :-)
Even the Undefeated Floyd Mayweather Jr, who is well known for his speed of evading punches got this chill coming from the bottom of his spine after witnessing the lighting speed of our people's champ :-)
By focusing more on your strength, you are accumulating a very concentrated energy, creating a powerful force, making your level ever growing, until such a time your weakness doesn't matter at all.
By doing this, it's all power, no more weaknesses left. For we are living in a vibrational universe, where our attention goes that's where the energy flows.
So choose wisely where your attention goes :-)
By having a creative team is of great advantage, because they are practicing a certain principle of success, called Masterminding, each member contribute ideas so that their team keep on progressing, no room of stagnation.
It also act as a leverage because instead of relying to yourself to produce creative ideas, your team is out there providing a lot of ideas.
It's a wonderful thing having a cooperative team because all of your intent is on one thing - your success.
And by conjoining forces, you create power!
Another significance of having a powerful team is that they offer their insights and guidance based on their previous experiences.
Also a crucial element of having a team is that they do not stop generating ideas for your own growth, because it's a win-win situation.
And this is what I like the most, the more you get productive, the more your team will be ignited to support you!
The more they'll be inspired to produce potent ideas.
If you want to grow more, do your thing - study, take massive action, and if results are showing, more reinforcement, more creative resources that you can tap on from your wonderful team :-)

Our 01 in our MLM company is always sharing inspiring thoughts and ideas to our online community page, which I really do like :-)
Couple of days ago, while browsing our group page for some updates regarding our campaign, with so many post of other business partners welcoming new members, our Father ____, we call him Father because he's so fortunate enough to be 01 :-) his post caught my attention, because of so many inspiring ideas he shared, I was really captivated when he coined this one :
"Guys, my Family, If you want to prosper on our current company, you must Love it with all your heart and the company will take care of you."
Whoa! I said to my self, such a powerful word, for as we all know that Love is the most powerful force there is that you can offer, for when you are in the state of love, your vibration is of the highest frequency, you and your higher self are one.
You can feel Gods presence, and as the saying "If God is within you, nothing will go against."
By being in these state, you do have a strong attraction power, as you go along carrying this good feeling emotion, life will unfold itself to you, now it will manifest in you, you'll become more passionate with what you are doing, your work performance is going to be extraordinary, you're tuned in, tapped in, turn on :-)
I just remembered all those individuals who gained unbelievable achievements on their respective endevour, like leaders, athletes, artist or even employees.
With so much love that they offer with they are doing, the universe is conspiring all the events, life experiences in favor with them :-)
Throwing rampage of appreciation to your company is of great offering, here's an example :
I love my company, because it encouraged me to read and write, and it's product aligns with me for having vast amount of Success resources. I love my company for it is in the online industry, I love my company because our online community is very kind, I love my company my business partners are very supportive, I love my company because every now and then members share inspiring thoughts, I love my company for having a creative upline, I love my company for having a wonderful team, I love my company for it can make you grow fast, I love my company for it's never ending growth, I love my company for it's going to add another 1,700 plus resources on our program, I love my company for its product will make you more successful, I love my company for every now and then new members are coming in, I love my company for it can reach globally, I love my company for it lead me to online marketing, I love my company for allowing me to discover more of my self, I love my company... Hmmmm... yes... yes... hmmmm.. I love my company for letting me get oriented with other online marketers even though not associated with us, I love my company for teaching me that it's much more important to gather a lot friends, I love my company for it taught me on how to value my self and others, I love my company for inspiring me to get better and better, I love my company for giving us an opportunity to provide value to mankind, I love my company, hmmmm, yes, yes I love my company :-)

One of the keys that will set our momentum fast in our respective MLM campaign, is by taking quality action, and inorder for you to have a quality performance is that you must apply what you have learned fast.
One of the skills that you should develop is the ability to learn fast, for if you learn fast, the faster you offer action and the faster is your result.
Here are some ways that you can learn fast :
1. Repetition
- by repeating what you have learned you are programming it to your subconscious mind. So keep reviewing your materials. reread, reread, reread.
2. Share
- this is another type of repetition by involving someone. Always include your emotion when you are sharing, be excited when you share. Because emotion is such a powerful tool for programming.The more you share with emotion, the more you embed it in your mind.
3. Apply
- though it may seem awkward at first, but when you always apply you will come to a point of mastering it, it's a bit advantageous because you are already involving your whole body with it. All of your body cells are programming everything that you do.
4. Paraphrase
- Train yourself to say in your own words what ever it is that you have learned.
- Also a form of assurance that you really do understand something.
5. Insight
- this is poweful, because you are tapping your subconscious mind with this one, it's your leverage for it can calculate and consider all with precision and accuracy. You can have access of all the thought that is floating in the space, and you just have to choose what is specifically for you.
These are what I can offer so far, but don't be bound to the ways that I have offered.
Explore, expand and experiment, feel free to choose whatever it is that is effective for you to learn fast.
Have the freedom to tap your power within, after all it's UNLIMITED :-)

One of the Pillars of MLM that will make you successful is the power of Duplication, because if you have not done this effectively, there will be a slow growth in your network.
The more your downlines can Imitate or Model you about your effectivity in work performance the better they get, and the better they get, better for you. :-)
Let me ask you something, As an upline do you sometimes feel this kind of responsibility toward your downlines, that their success is in your hand, now this is going to be a big question, what if you are just a newbie, and you're not equipped yet to perform effectively?
Do you want to know how to amplify your power of duplication?
Do you want to know even though that you are just a newbie that you can produce a leader among your downlines?
The first thing that you ONLY need to do is START :-)
Start what?
Start Learning, study as much as possible.
And this is the part that I'm telling you making you power of duplication gets amplified.
Share the things of what you have learned, and not the materials that you have studied.
Don't share what they've taught, share what you have learned.
This is so powerful because there is this total embodiment of your higher self, there is conviction and passion, because it really do comes from WITHIN you.
Sharing what you have learned is your insight, and the one who have learned this is in harmony with your higher self.
There is a saying, "The one who is aligned with the ONE, is much more powerful that Millions of who are not."
Just take a look at Jesus, Buddha and Mohammed, they have millions of followers, because they have learned this.
And who ever comes near them always say the same thing, they do have this eroding chill at the back of their spine, which means they can feel something Powerful beneath these Leaders.
And they do have Powerful Networks because followers also learned what they have learned :-)
They have learned to maintain their portals always receptive to the Divine Power.
Now if you will just consider this approach of sharing to your downlines, i.e. share what they have learned.
You are already training them to tap to their inifinite potential.
As the saying goes, you've already taught them how to fish :-)
Inspiring them to connect with their higher being is a gazillion times more fulfilling.
As a leader you have provided the most valuable thing in their lives.
You have given a big impact not just on their MLM career but also on their daily lives.
You've just shown them the saying "All men are created equal" is true.
Because all of us are extension of this Source Energy.
As a leader, you say to you self that you didn't just created a leader, but you've created a life that is Powerful :-)
Now just try to ponder this for a while, imagine after implementing this kind of approach to your team, feel the Divine Fullfillment that you've created like Jesus, Buddha and Mohammed in your team, ain't that a powerful contribution to your community, not just only in your network? :-)
Imagine people getting inspired by their mere presence :-)
Now that is what you call an ULTIMATE duplication :-)

It is a must for a networker to gather all of the resources as much as possible so that they do have tools on marketing at their disposal, and it is true that you must have this never ending thirst for knowledge.
Ever experience for moment on your MLM career that you find yourself stuck? and already confused because as far as you know, that you've already studied all the materials, attended a lot of trainings, do this, and do that, but little or no result?
Ever comes to a point of asking what have I done wrong? or did I missed something? And then, deep within you, will say, if there's such best strategy I will grab it immediately!
But the sad truth is there is no best strategy, what these top perfomers had is this.. the ability to adapt.
I remember once from Charles Darwin, he quoted, " It is not the strongest man or the most intelligent man that survives, it is the one that knows how to adapt."
If things doens't work out, change, innovate, be free. Some adjust their goal because there's a limitation of their technique, but what you should do is stick to your goal and what you should adjust is your technique.
But how?
It's by learning how to relax. For when you are relaxed, you can easily hear what your subconscious mind is telling you, because it is it's nature to adapt.
It will take a while to train yourself for this, but once you've learned this, now you're on a roll :-)
It is the ability to express oneself honestly that you may prevail at whatever endevour that you are up to.
Being adaptable is not being confined by a certain strategy, you have this kind of freedom to innovate, to CREATE.
Ever wonder why is it every now and then there will be some guru from out of no where will suddenly show up? It's because they have learned to adapt, they developed their own insight, and then applied to themselves and they succeed.
They've learned how to tap their subconscious mind. But this is the warning, they are successful but that doens't mean that if you do what they do you're also going to get a 100% result.
Just like what I've said, they succeeded, it's because the technique that they have applied to themselves is what they've heard from their subconscious mind, it's their truth, the adaptation took place based on their experience.
So what you should model to these leaders is really learning how to adapt, for in due time, there will be a revelation to you, a certain technique, a certain way, and when others also try and do what you do, sometimes they will not get the same result as you would have. Why? because it's your truth.
Heard this from a famous martial artist "Your truth cannot be my truth, and my truth cannot be your truth."
So find your's, it will a wonderful journey :-)
