Network Marketing Companies, come and go, each have their own respective reasons. Majority of Network Marketers really do get burned out and quit because of non stop searching of prospects.
Now, can you imagine, what if you already have 10, hundreds, much better if thousands of loyal downlines at your disposal. Then your company closes, then there is this New and potential company that opens. Do you think that you are still going to have a hard time making it big on that company?
That ofcourse is already the benefit of those Network Marketers that already practiced the principles that I'm about to share with you.
7 Tips To Make Your Downlines Loyal To You
1. Assist Them In Sponsoring
Ofcourse, some of them doesn't know yet the mechanics, so be there for them when they are sponsoring, with this way, your downline can observe how you present the opportunity, until later on, they are the ones that are already presenting the opportunity with full confidence.
Making them earn with your assistance, will really do have a big impact on your downlines, they will remember you, respect and be loyal to you.
2. Learn To Be Reliable
After all you have no choice, because you are now already a leader.
How to become reliable then?
Observe, Ask questions, and then provide support and solutions to their respective concerns, because at first, your downlines really do need some support on how to manage the business opportunity.
Converse with them what are they honest opinions about their weaknesses and be there willingly to assist them to overcome that.
Now what if you already have massive of downlines. Do you have to ask them one by one? then your time to market for yourself is already consumed.
What then?
Make a survey, and have it spread by your leaders.
In the Network Marketing, time is of a real value. So learning how to use it may have a big impact on your success.
So you must learn how to sort out and qualify
Those you think that will take a lot of time counselling and those that can take few hints from you.
Then if you can notice that you already did your part to assist them, and they are not cooperating, for me I think it's time to let them go. You have to protect your valuable time for those who are really in need of assistance.
That's why in sponsoring, prequalifying is really important.
In short, as much as possible focus your time on those people that are already open minded.
3. Mentor your people
Inspire them to learn more in order for them to grow more. At first you have to provide them all of the basic tools that they need to have inorder to succeed. Then later you can assess them on their performance, and finally guide them to Lead their group on their own.
4. Empower Them
What do I mean by this, empowering a certain individual simply means make them realize that all of us are created equal. That equality is simply the ability to create, to produce, and to manifest.
5. Maintain Your Integrity
Abide with the rules and regulations of your company, practice it, for when your downlines see you that you are really respecting the companys' policies, being ethical most of the time, they will be inspired to do the same.
This will produce a butterfly effect to your downlines. By merely following your ethical footsteps will produce quality results of their performance, hence they will acknowledge you again for that.
6. Observe Equality
If you do have a certain leader that really do produce/perform well, but you notice that he/she is violating the policies, such as stealing prospects, you have to address them, and don't tell your other leaders to ignore it and have an Abundance Mindset instead, just to protect your top performer, to which after all you benefit so well, when people sense your profound judgement about equality, they will respect and be loyal to you.
7. Don't Abuse Your Authority
It doesn't mean that when you are already a top earner or top recruiter, that you can already bend the rules and regulations.
Respect is the name of the game. Respect the company, respect your people, and they will respect you both.
Sometimes there are leaders that are so smart and intelligent coming to a point that they are already using their intelligence to make wrong things right.
I mean, yes they can utter such believable words, throwing some facts to make their statement strong.
But honestly, people can sense your shrewdness.
I also do witnessed a leader that really do manhandled his downlines, I mean really do shouting at them, bossing at them.
No wonder that he doesn't have any productive downlines even staying for that company for such a long time.
Do not expect that all the business partners that you have already sponsored are like you.
All of us are unique, so don't expect your downlines also possessed the mindset that you have cultivated all through out the years in this industry.
That's why you have to lead them.
