Yesterday I received a text message from coach smurkydad, he shared a certain quote from his friend -
"Your Success is Totally Dependent on Your Skillset. In FACT the INCOME you Earn is in Direct Proportion to Your Skillset. GREAT SKILLS equals GREAT INCOME! SOME SKILLS equals SOME INCOME! NO SKILLS equals NO INCOME!"
I noticed this from my colleague from our previous company, he is originally overt type of person, but he decided to be a non mediocre networker.
So he modeled a lot of leaders and took responsibility of Creating trainings of his current group, and as time goes by, he developed skills that he never imagined.
Right now he is already affiliated with other company but in just only a short span of time, he created a collosal group, not just only a group, but QUALITY group, those that are ready to duplicate him.
After witnessing his metamorphosis, I was Inspired to do the same.
It may not be that fast, but the important thing is I've already Initiated.
All of us started being a follower at first, because we need guidance.
